"I joined this batch on 15th April , a senior citizen,with a lot of problems like knee replacement,terrible knee and back pain, hypothyroidism,plus the feeling that I am no more employed. I used to read a lot of motivational books,gajanan maharaj's pothi.Somewhere I was feeling lonely and depressed. One day Sunita rang me up telling me about this class.When Sunita joined BVB,I was a senior teacher on the verge of retirement.But Sunita and myself have shared special moments. For more than a week,the devil in me would tell me to avoid the class.From 4pm to 5pm,this feeling would last.But my determination,to attend made it possible. 5 to 6 the Pranayaam hour would transport me to another world altogether. Now I have regained my confidence,energy.I am calm,positive,very cheerful,like I usually was.Now I wait for 5pm.
